Superfluous banned me prematurely?

So i went to log in today and i am banned? I get messages on Skype telling me that i'm banned half way through trades so i immediately cancel my trades to find this :

This has been taken all out of context. SteadyDAB (The poster of this) i noticed rents quite alot from Mr Extremez. I staked 10m and 20m against Mr Extremez account and won both times then noticed it was SteadyDAB on it (he had posted on mrextremez thread confirming he was renting) so i PM'd him thanking him for the 30m.

I've never had an issue until now and was making some nice friends here. I literally sent this pm as he was staking me, Check the times of the pm and his post, This has nothing to do with scam posted in his thread and i am certainly not that person.

Superfulous I do think you acted prematurely here and would appreciate if you would review this.

i also don't believe that you would just randomly pm someone about an amount that coincidentally happens to be the same as the amount scammed from him, but we'll see about that after you post

Hi Superfluous, I am posting from my home IP as asked. For some reason it would not let me post onto the previous thread so i had to make a new one.

FYI i've been waiting for him to contact me so i can clear this up, As soon as i mention the name of the account i beat him on that night and explain the situation i'm sure this will be resolved.

I also rent out an account same as Mr Extreme, The night in question i'd just happened to do some staking, went from 10m to 600m and beat this guy (on Mr Extremes account) for 30m in the process Hence the reason for the PM.

This user does not have his Skype public and as i have never traded him in the past i don't know his Skype so it has been a little hard to contact him when i can't pm him on here.

I'm hoping by the time you read this he will of posted realizing his mistake but regardless of that, the person who scammed him before surely can't coincidentally be from the UK and even if they are won't resolve to my IP address so i'm not sure how i was mistakenly banned for being someone i'm not anyway.
