Requesting on a TwC'flag removal

I'm RsInception in this chatlogs from Skype,
the buyers is "michel.metroad" and as nickname: Michel in the Skype chat.

I have just recently been given a TwC for a trade which I never accepted.

In the screenshot above "michel.metroad" and his nickname as "Michel" asked me for a gift game "Crysis" which at that moment I was selling for 15$, as I needed the money. He told me he would think about it, took him a day to respond and then he rushes me into the chat to sell him the copy, as I no longer need the money I raised the value to 16$ the price I was previously selling them at.

I then proceed to ask him where he lived, as I was aware of the "dutch hack compromised bank accounts" he told me he was from Macedonia, I then asked him for his paypal email to verify if the PayPal was legit and "verified" as shown in the following screenshot: http://i48.tinypic.com/29c2iat.png

http://i48.tinypic.com/52jqr4.png In this screenshot I told him I wasn't paying fees on any MM/OMM's nor I was going first. He then decided to pick a MM called -Ryan who I have yet to know. All he did was talk about him begging a mod and a MM, but he never linked me to his profile nor any form of way of knowing who he actually was.

He agrees on paying fees on the MM, and keeps hurrying me up on the deal which I didn't need anymore. And as he stated in the TwC report, my thread is not about Crysis Collection it's about Dota 2 Invites, which is my prior trading item in Steamtrades and playdota.com

At this moment, he is yet to give me the MM's profile identification or some sort of way to know who he is.

Then after I told him, it didn't matter if it was a free MM or Not I wasn't going to give up my game easily, as he was already making profit on it.

"[3:46:15 PM] RsInception: doesn't matter if it's free or not lol. You are winning in this deal profit. I 'm not I was okay with it yesterday as I was buying some items, but I don't need that money now"

I wasn't accepting his trade, since he been hurrying me up for the past 20mins, I told him I didn't need the money anymore, as I stated earlier the money from the Crysis game was needed "Yesterday," not today.

I believe that since I made him wait that long "over 35 mins" for just a trade, that I really didn't needed nor wanted to do in the first place. He lured me by spamming me this:

If you suit the fancy."

Which in my opinion doesn't mean anything to what I said before, the way he putted the proof in the TwC report makes it look like I was hungry for a scam or money which in fact I wasn't.

Thanks for understanding my concerns. I would also like to put up a report against him for false accusation if possible, as I do believe this is not fair to make a false accusation with that low proof and for forcing/luring someone to agree on what he is saying in order to provide it as proof with no true meaning on what it actually happened.

 

Trade with caution ranks are received from suspicious activity. You refused to go first, and refused any kind of MM because "accounts get compromised", I'd say that's suspicious enough.

Come back in a few weeks/months with some quality vouches while having your trade with caution, then we'll talk about removal. You don't even have it yet, it's still pending.
