If he were to make a new account, that could be seen as evading his TWC and whatever reputation that he got with it. It would be a hassle to make it known to everyone that [New account] is Blackkk.

And I can see how this could be seen as racist as "Black" and "KKK" isn't the best mix of a word and an acronym and could potentially cause prejudice judgments about him (Being a racist and whatnot).
