I reset my hard drive and have forgotten the password to the email account and cannot recover it as I made it specifically for sythe. I still have access to the skype account that was used with the account. If any more information is requred just let me know.

Unfortunately, we cannot determine that you are the legitimate owner of the account unless you post from a matching IP.

 

This was the previous time I tried to recover my account. My IP is dynamic and just switched providers, my sythe account hasn't logged on in however many days because I've been trying to recover my email but haven't been able to. Is there anything I can do to get my account recovered it's taken quite a while to get my vouches also I don't want to create a new account only to be told its illegal to have two accounts and be banned xD

You can create another account, so long as the two don't interact. You need to somehow provide us with undeniable proof that you're the owner of the account you're trying to recover, or else unfortunately we cannot proceed with the recovery.

 

"Undeniable proof is needed", I have all the accounts that have been assosiated with this Sythe account. I can login to runescape accounts I have made trades with sites so you can confirm with them my name from chat logs, I have the skype account I use for communication which has never been hacked which I do ongoing business using with a large rsps beastpk the skype name is SimbioticSeller and can be found mentioned in several of my posts. Could someone add me on skype so we can have a back and forth conversation about this so you can ask me some questions to verify this is me.

I 100% understand you want to make sure that you are not giving someones account to someone claiming to be them however there hasn't been any activity on my account since I reset my hard drive, I've had to talk to staff from VPS companies to get my email changed manually as well.

Skype logs haven't ever been and never will be enough proof. Skype's are so messy and easy to hack - we don't risk it. @n4n0 if you want to add anything else you're welcome to

 

Having access to the skype account tells us nothing, for all we know it's been compromised.

 

I'm not saying use my skype to confirm it's me rather confirm it's me by the fact I do ongoing work from before losing my password for people who can confirm. For example the owner of beastpk (server which regulary has 100+ people on) can confirm that my skype has not been compromised as I was doing work for him before and am still doing work for him so he can confirm I'm the same person. I have other people that can confirm I'm still the same person that I do RSPS services for. My IP address was dynamic with my old provider and just switched recently I can tell you the provider I used to have and who I've switched to now if that helps confirm don't really want to post so many details on this page as people can see it and might use it to access my paypal and skype.

I have access to litrally every other account, skype, paypal, rune-server(I was able to recover this becuase it was on another one of my emails), vps company, haven't tried to get my hosting company back yet because was on a cheap package with them, namecheap as well.

I understand if this is not enough information still, but how long will the account have to go unlogged on for until my case can seem more legitmate I don't currently use Sythe for rsps services and I use sites to sell gp so I'm not reliant on Sythe right now so I can leave it for a month and submit a recovery again so you can see I'm the actual owner as no one else has access to the account.

If you have done PayPal based trades with anyone who's reputable on Sythe - and can get them to confirm your identity via the PayPal then we can help you recover your account

Oh, we were both under the assumption that once you posted and confirmed his identity you would have completed the recovery. I guess he just disappeared and this can be closed.
