Requesting ip/skype to be unbanned

I am a legit Runescape player and forums man , I have been banned sythe for over 4 Years now from my orginal account banned, ever since then i have been banned for ban evading my orginal ban.

Serouisly I was 12 or 13 when i got banned, i am now 17 and i would like to start getting trusted on sythe as it is the biggest forums for Gaming real world trading
