Requesting IP check and a TWC on King27 & l0lness

I was buying FIFA13 coins and requested to see them and he was quite reluctant. I would like the IP's checked between king27 and l0lness50 http://www.sythe.org/members/349368-l0lness50.html

If the mod who see's this could PM that would be great so I can find out what further proof I need to require to stop King27 at least (also if l0lness50 has nothing to do with this, I apologise just it seemed suspicous he mentioned your name and you posted on none of his threads and vice versa)
