Excuse the lack of formality, however I've written SEVERAL times in regards to this manner, and been met with deaf ears. I'm hoping my case is actually reviewed for the first time since the ban was handed to me.
I am a very well known person online now, and given the right audience would prove that. I am trying to get unbanned here over a miscommunication from 3 years ago.
With a simple search, you will find my previous appeals. All of them will say the same thing. I am an honest person, that made an honest mistake. The repercussions have been rather unfitting, including unprovoked defamation of character by moderators, and exile from a community I actually really liked at one stage.
I was banned for something that was said. That is all. Let's leave out the fact that alcohol was an including factor. My actions in the months and years to follow that are completely contrary to what was said. Using a ( now defunked ) trading website, I gained a lot of trust, and reputation as a member of the community. I have proved myself to be better than that.
I haven't evaded the ban, but god have I disputed it.
The logical thing would be to give a TWC with no set expiry, for evaluation in the future.
You have no reason to not support this pardon. Please, use some sense.
