Requesting ban/TWC on 'bsbear'

first of all : I did not trade this person, I've been simply watching him because I've deemed him a scammer.

story: he was trying to sell me a rare league of legends skin (pax jax) he refused to go first to me, so I had no problem with that, but it seemed a little odd someone with 1 vouch and 09 join date not willing to go first OR use an mm to someone with 07 join date and $5k of vouches, so I wasn't bothered BUT I was looking on the official League of Legends forums a little bit after, and saw him posting of selling rare skins there as well, and by the feedback of the people posting in the thread, he scammed them.

compare the MSN's, that is him, and on page 2 there is conformation of him scamming.

please throw him a ban or at least a TWC, I don't want people to be scammed by him over sythe, thanks

ok firstly here is the quote of him saying in his own words how the trade on Leagueoflegends.com official forums went down:

In that specific quote the man is complaining that he purchased riot points and then after hearing the details of the trade decided to back out. He was using the word scam because he purchased a significant amount of riot points and had nothing to spend it on. He stated to me in a chat that he already owned all skins and champions.

and here is my proof, in quotes of his, that his little make-believe story is complete bullshit, and he scammed him.

Hey I'm just curious, did 'ShocKz LoL' 100% scam you, or is there more to the story?

because according to him:

yes it was Shockzlol.

It was agreed that i would give him a code for $10 rp card pack in return for a singed skin. but as soon as i gave him the card number that was last i heard from him.

please do something about this little boy scamming people over the internet, and I know he scammed someone off of sythe, but hes trying to do the same thing to people on sythe now, and I don't want any innocent people on sythe being taken advantage of by a manipulative talker.
