Requesting Ban Lift

Ok so recently i got banned for scamming.
Here is the thread that Pookani made to get me banned:

As you can see it shows me going offline after i said i was checking the payment.

The truth:
As soon as i got the payment i discovered my pin method had been "patched" and no longer worked. I paniced, and didnt know what to do so i blocked him. I then unblocked him an hour later and said i would send the money back and explained the situation.

But i couldnt, because this smart one opened a case on paypal and got my account limited so i could not send the money back. All i got in return for trying to make things better was abuse.

So this is my appeal at getting my ban lifted. I had 16 or 17 vouches and 13 of them were from selling pins. Scamming $4.50 was no intention of mine.
Please consider this deeply, and realise i mean good, not to scam. Otherwise why would i do 17 Legit trades then scam $4.50? It makes no sense. I am still willing to make this right and send him back his money, but first he must work with me to get paypal to unlimit my account.
