New password request no email being sent?

Ive requested a New password link 2 or 3 times in the last 2 days to my AOL account and i still have not received one for some reason. The email is correct It's just not sending me the link can i have some help please?

 

I just came back from a trip and it says if you're password is older then Jan you must do a password recovery once i did this I waited and never received an email link to recover my password.

I have my email but every time I try and do the password recovery because my password has been the same since January and it says I have to I never get an email with the link to the password change.

If its a problem let me know what I can do to solve it I moved to NC so im not sure what you want me to do to solve the situation?

 

I moved housed so that's currently not possible but if there is anything else i can do let me know. I have my e-mail and everything else even my old password.
