Requesting a TWC on Unbound

He wanted me to go first for 150m rs3 initially, then when i said go in increments, he probably decided it's not worth scamming small amount, but would be too suspicious if he back off right then.
So he went on with the deal until the last part when i was trading him, his pc suddenly went 'lagging hard', but it's not going to lag forever so something else had to happen. And of course, it happened: 'just received news my grandma died', and then spent a few minutes to ask parents whether can give him a few minutes, but cannot use those few minutes to complete the deal instead.

Gonna TWC him, on top of this which I find sketchy, he hasn't done a legitimate trade in over 9 months (no vouches since then) so I'm gonna toss him a TWC.
