Requesting a TWC- JoeyFeduka

Hey there. I recently got PM'd by this user earlier today in regards to buying some Flax that I am selling on 07 Runescape.

I received his request on Skype and added him.

He seemed like a nice dude up until we got to the trade details. The first thing that made it a little sketchy for me is how he immediately asks me if that's all I got for sale at the time without even trading with him previously. As you can see from the logs I offer to pay for an Official MiddleMan and he refuses my request. He goes on to saying some BS about how mods have traded him first and how people have gone first to him in larger amounts.

I don't see why someone would deny the use of a Official MiddleMan when it's not going to cost them a dime. Seems to me like he's looking to make a quick scam before he departs Sythe.
