Reason for requesting a TWC: First, I have 300+ Vouches and he has like close to none or maybe just like 10. So I wanted to buy 2M '07 off him he asked me to go first to him. Well I said no because certainly I know that I'm more trusted than him. Secondly, I said lets use a OMM/MM, he said no again. So I assume he wants to scam.
