Requesting a TWC for 'tottenham'

This guy i've watched him all day, targets newcomers and it say's in his sig '20+ vouches' I've search the vouch forum and there isn't one.
I've had him MSN me, and when i asked him to send his vouches he blocked me and don't reply to my PM's anymore. He obviously think's newcomers are going to fall for the 20+ vouch in his signature and trade him. I've also seen alot of people claiming they have scammed him. Just wish someone would upload some proof, but i think a TWC is defiantly appropriate.
Why would you pretend to have 20+ When you don't? To make people fall for it and go first.. Worked this person's plan out.
