Requesting a Rank

[John96]

Hello Sythe

I have decided I wish to request a rank.

The rank I am requesting is Ban evade hunter.

Reason? If someone ban evades I'll hunt them down and make sure they stay off the website unless they submit a pardon.

Thank you
