Requesting High Pardon

Hi guys,

I am here today to officially request a pardon from the community. Roughly four years ago I was banned from here for scamming, something which was not and am not proud of. The motives behind it are still beyond me. I appealed for a pardon about two years ago. I reimbursed all of the people of whom I had scammed and apologised sincerely to them. My appeal was approved by six or eight mods, but denied by someone at the top, who's name still alludes me. I am back now a much more mature and centred individual with no desire to bring harm to anyone online ever again. I hope to make a name for myself and become a a stable member of the community.
