^ Please ignore my bad language in the screenshots he provided, because I was just sick of it getting added by another guy trying to scam me. He also didn't show the wholy skype convo. He also claimed I refused to use an OMM but I only refused to pay for the fees.

I made a thread about swapping 100M 07 for rs3 gp. This guy, named 'jaadalen' asked me for my skype, and later added me on it. Nytrix noticed that he asked me my skype, and warned me on skype that I should trade jaadalen with caution. [ http://imgur.com/YkJzbql ]
I refused to go first, or pay for OMM fees, then he decided to annoy me and request a TWC status on my account. I was like whatever, I did nothing wrong. But it is true that I have had an old account banned on sythe, so I got banned for ban evading. My old account got banned for having fake vouches, which I have been told, isn't an offence anymore to permanently ban someone for. Since that account has been banned I haven't broken any rules. I hope I can be unbanned on my account 'erik worst'.

Your original ban on CptStew is for fake vouches. Unless anyone is opposed to it, I'll be unbanning you and giving you a TWC, as this is protocol for people who are banned for fake vouching prior to the rule change.
