•Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims: Cannot contact victims as it was 6 months ago and cannot find them. May be banned I do not know.

•Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now: For the evading I was originally ip banned then one day I wasn't so I made an account known as "yours" and started free services with no intent to scam.

•Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: I don't remember exactly what took place other than me scamming that I take full responsibility for.
