Ban dispute

hey, a while ago I had been banned for not responding to admins about a false report, I had been going through a rough patch in my life and was unable to log onto the website as not only did I lose my phone that had my two way Authenticator on it for my account but I had lost my internet completely . The few days prior to my ban I tried logging into my account and checking on things but still required my TFA. If there’s any way this can be looked into I’d love to get back into the community
