Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims: Tried to contact him for a month to try and pay him the money I owed, told I was allowed to make a pardon if he had not responded to me.

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:

I was banned for not refunding someone 150M 07, although I was very busy at the time. When I was available I spoke with Time To Buy, & Superfluous , and told them I was available to repay him and they gave me instructions on what to do. I followed those instructions and got no response out of the guy I had to refund.

I was told I was allowed to request a pardon from Superfluous after a month if the guy had not responded to me. So here it is.

support. i think this was just a misunderstanding, and you were only banned because it took you too long to repay a counter-scam. i believe that there was no ill intent here

You were told to refund the user on November 17th. You only tried to contact him on January 15th, 2 months later. He did not get his money back because you waited too long. I still don't get why you didn't add his skype when you were told to refund him. Even if you were busy at the time, it doesn't take hours to add his skype :/ Since he still doesn't have his refund, I cant support this. Maybe in 6 months, sorry.

The reason i posted both profiles is because they essentially have the ability to be the same person at any given time. They are husband and wife, both in the same home both of which; in any sane situation; would care about every aspect of eachother's life even if it's as minute as Sythe/RS since they are both active. There is no way to tell the difference between the two, and more than likely xGuard was active on Xine's account since the recent ban on his account.

Rather than paying back the 07 he owed, he continued to use Sythe actively on xGuard, as did Xine; to at least browse and was well aware of the debt he owed for nearly 40 days.

Again, rather than paying back the 07 that he owed, in early January "Xine" bought a rank in a swapping clan for 150m 07, what a coincidence. In the past in CoraDyce and DragonDyce they would host on each others accounts, etc. What is to say that isn't what has been occurring in the recent months?


In all, instead of paying back the user in due time while he was STILL ACTIVE on the forums (xGuard that is, he never just went afk.) They took other routes, regardless of intent and left him out 150m 07 and god knows if he will come back.

First of all, Xine is not my account & no I don't share Account. This was already mentioned almost a year ago when she Vouched me and got banned for it because of our IP thinking we're the same person. She does her own business on Sythe, as I do. What would I even do on her Sythe account?

2nd, Xine (my partner) didn't even use 07 Gold to purchase her Swapping Rank, She also purchased her rank on the 12th of January Using RS3 Gold. I've been trying to contact LazyTom since 15th of January also the date I started talking to Super/TTB on Skype (Talked to Superfluous, long before 15th Jan on Sythe)

I have no need to use her Sythe account, I'm willing to pay Whatever is owed. I'm not escaping or going anywhere (I was just busy IRL at the time, I was even trying to get into contact with LazyTom even before they found out more information about him) & I have never scammed.


We both do our own business, Just because we live together, play the same game together, do the same things together, Have the same IP as each other, Does not mean we would Share accounts etc.

 

Does anyone else have any final opinions on this pardon? Voting has gone for a week however with four supports I want to ensure that all staff members have viewed it.
