Requesting a High Pardon: Finally Found Freedom

Posting the following for FFF:
Hey. This is Finally_Found_Freedom. The required time frame between pardons has elapsed, so I wanted to give one last shot at a pardon request. For the majority of my case I will be citing Tmoe's Pardon attempt as it was never properly dealt with (because it was posted too soon after my original pardon) and is very concise and thorough. I will then give a bit of my own at the end.

I'd like to have Sythe view this pardon before this is to be either denied or accepted.

From Me:
Joseph was a valued member of the community; both market and in general. He had an successful Firecaping business, (thread here: http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=847952) had a Royal Crown business, (thread here: http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=840728) and he was chosen as a SFA mod. He's obviously not an idiotic troll posting useless things. (This can be shown in SFA)

Helping People:
He's the one who taught me how to firecape. This took time, but after this we started a successful firecaping business together. It had well over 1k views and 100 replies. 0 incidents of scams, complaints, or anything.

Reformed Charachter: He was banned for scamming when he first joined. From what I know, this was a small amount like $15. He has since tried to get in contact with them, but has failed.
He's had access to account(s) of mine. (Before and after he was banned on Sythe)
Before Ban -- Got me a firecape on a near maxed Initiate pure (estimated to be around $150)
After Ban -- Played/still sometimes plays on my Obsidian Mauler on both RS2 and RSC. Over 200M in RS2 and 20M in RSC. In RSC the account is 29 combat with 80 mage and a successful staker. (estimated to be $250 +)

Ban evading:
Yes, he ban evaded. Unlike most people who ban evade, this wasn't for any malicious use. Only thing he did upon ban evading was post in SFA. He enjoys the section and having a intellectual debate.
Some of his accounts:
Hilary , K+J, FFF1, FFF2, FFA, etc. These NEVER posted outside in the market etc.

FFF's Pardon:

Hi all --

This is Finally_Found_Freedom. I thought I'd try one last chance at an appeal because of the new dispute updates. Well, here goes.

As identified in all my previous disputes, I scammed two members several years ago with a combined total of around $15. For two months now I have tried to get in contact with them through Sythe and msn, but to no avail. They have not accepted my friend requests, and nor have they logged onto Sythe for over two and a half years. I still have the money which should be paid to them in Tyro's paypal (which he confirmed on my last thread). Several weeks ago I did try to recover this money (after sending several emails and offline messages to Tyro) until I was out of debt, but it didn't work. I am now out of debt, though, so there's no problems concerning that.

The essence of the appeal is largely based on the criteria of "character reformation". I've found myself to have evolved from who I was years ago -- a naive kid seeking instant gratification on pointless video games. I have come to think that the main reason I was able to scam that $15 back then was that I didn't understand the implications of such conduct. To me, it was merely clicking a few buttons on a computer. But now, now (and for at least 2 years) I fully understand the ramifications of any sort of internet injustice. I would never even think of scamming anyone. Period. Please understand the changes I've gone through.

If you do decide to accept my appeal (or if this helps), please understand that I would be perfectly content with a TwC and market ban. I hardly even participate in market trades anymore -- all I really want is to be able to post in Something for All (and occasionally community and off-topic).

One last thing, I'd gladly stick my neck out for him. He's one of the few I truly trust on Sythe. He's a valued member in this community, or at least in my view.

I'd now like to put in a few words myself. I will never scam. Ever. I'm sure a number of relatively "known" members of Sythe can vouch for that (namely Tyro and Tmoe). I made a terrible mistake as a 12-13-year old and scammed around $10-15. I made every attempt to pay it back and ended up losing about $40 (which Tyro can verify), but the users just haven't been online for 2+ years. I really don't think my character back then should eclipse my character now. All children do stupid things and still grow into mature, respectful people. I have changed and am quite upset by my conduct 4+ years ago.

In regards to Ban Evading after the ban:

Yes, it is true. After my ban I evaded, but only in the SFA section. I know it was wrong of me to do it, but at least I was not participating in any form of Market Trade. Still, that doesn't excuse my behavior, and that is one of the reasons--according to Finn's response--why my original pardon was denied. The whole Legos27 incident was not me. 1234567ASDAF somehow got access to my Sythe account. I had literally zero interest in the market then, and additionally, even if I had been trading I would have never been scammed by an imposter. I'm a very conscientious trader. An IP check would hopefully also be able to confirm this.

I would like to say that I would even completely accept a TWC + Market Ban. My favorite part of Sythe is SFA, and I would be perfectly contented with being limited to that section. Well, thanks for reading.

I know that the Legos27 incident wasn't your fault. I'm pretty sure you had nothing to do with it. You've contributed to Sythe in different ways and I don't think you have any malicious intent. I'm fine with an unban.
