requesting a ban on king rsgp

Heres what happened, i tried selling 60m to him he told me he would sent the $12, then i traded him it everything went ok then he sends me the 12$ as a payment, then i realise he can chargebak so i can use the money so i politely ask for a refund of some type.

basically he just scammed me for $12, as he wont re fund he said he "may" chargeback, and told me to fuck off.

 

He doesn't have to refund the payment. You sold it, there is nothing that states he must refund your payment after the trade.

Not to mention, you were clearly OK with PayPal, PayPal can always be charged back.
