Could someone unban my IP please?

I recently PM'ed an Admin to close my old account, because I was stupid enough to use my RS login name as my Sythe account name.. However, now it shows that I can't make a new one because I already have one registered to my IP address. If you need more information, such as the IP/original account name, I could msg an admin/mod the info over MSN, as I'd rather not post it here.
