Request to edit an old post

An old post of mine when I was trying to recover my old old account (lab99) contains my email. I've been getting a lot of Rs related spam/phishing recently and I'm hoping to get my post edited and my email removed from that post.

As for the recovery of my old old sythe acc I am currently interstate and away from my old home IP hence I won't be able to post from that IP address until I return. Recovering my old acc isn't a priority for me hence my extreme delay in bothering.

Please let me know if I need to do anything or to confirm any sort of details in any way.
