(Request) T Shirt Graphic

My dad always ask me for help with computer stuff, this time he asked me for a graphic for his company t shirts. I told him ok but I have no clue on how to make anything other then using ms paint.

It would be nice if someone could make me something that could go on a t-shirt.

Its a home remodeling company, something simple with paint and a paintbrush would be cool
