Request high pardon for user "Tomnothere"

Hello, I think I'll give a brief introduction.
My online username at Sythe was "Tomnothere".
I have been a relatively active member since the January of 2007, until I was banned by "Badger191" on 02/16/2010.

The reason for the ban stemmed from a thread I created in Runescape General Forums, claiming that I have in the past, attempted to recover accounts I suspect that was of no longer in use, so that I could possibly fool JaGex into thinking that I am the original owner coming back to play from a long hiatus.

Of course, this technically is against the rules, as it involves recovering accounts not owned by me. I acknowledge that this was breaking Sythe's agreement for registered users, although I don't think it was clearly stated in the rules.

Nevertheless, to argue the validity of my situation is basically to waste everybody's time here but I am here writing this to request a high pardon on behalf of the 8 months time I have spent during I was banned.

I acknowledge that what I have done is wrong (recovering accounts), but I can guarantee that I have no further intentions to do so again anymore after being banned from Sythe.

You see, I look to Sythe as a form of intellect now a days that I can converse with other players on Runescape and see what opinions they have. After the ban, my ability to converse with many players the issues of varied topics in Runescape is taken away and at times I do feel that if I were to go on another forum, I would have to start all over again (as in introducing myself and etc).

I have also neglected the thought of creating another account on Sythe after the ban simply because it is after this ban, that I realize I have to respect the rules set forth by Sythe authorities.

I can guarantee that no more rule breaking actions will follow from me should I be pardoned, and the only proof I have is the clean trade history I have had when trading with other Sythe members in the past.

Nevertheless, the thread that had me banned in this February lies here if you want to reference it:

Lastly, please consider this high pardon as I would love to re-join Sythe as I consider myself a relatively lengthy member (joining since the beginning of 2007).

    Thanks,

    Tomnothere

Unfortunately, you have not received the required amount of support (Five Staff members supporting an unban within two days). Therefore, this pardon request will be denied. You will be eligible to appeal for another pardon in six months time.
