[Request]GFX Resizing[Request]

Hey, just got an infraction for my signature, even though its been like this for the last what, 6-7 months?

Well, now it seems its out of the size limit, and i need it resizing if possible.

I am not really willing to pay for it, however if done well, i'll happily vouch.

The size that it must be within is, 350 pixels in height, and 650 pixels in width. However i'd like to keep the current dimensions.
