[Sythe] TradeWithCaution Dispute for Hubbalicious [Sythe]

For the record, this dispute is intended for Sythe (owner) since he is the only individual that could remove this TwC. I felt that it would be more rational to speak to you about this privately, but I have been trying to contact you these past couple of days and I haven't been getting any response. So I'll just post it here. >_<
No hard feelings I hope :/

Reason for my TwC:
On November 11, 2013, I private messaged Roary N4N0 and Sythe similar messages asking permission to host a charity event in regards to the catastrophe that took place in the Philippines on November 6, 2013. Roary and N4N0 instantly responded with a no , but allowed me to encourage others to donate directly to reputable donation sites.

Totally understanding their perspective, I had no intention in going along with this idea to prevent any further suspicion. The next morning, however, I recieved a message from N4N0 and Sythe saying that I was given a TwC, given by Sythe, for sending that message to them in the first place. I feel that this TwC was wrongly given to me because I was simply asking for PERMISSION, hence why I sent the messages first before creating any threads regarding this topic.

In terms of activity:

Conclusion:

Totally understand your perspective on the situation, I hope you also understand that the reason why I messaged you guys about my idea in the first place was to ask for your approval. Hence why I keep emphasizing that I was simply asking for your permission, not demanding the request. After being denied, I abided by your decisions and did not create a charity thread. I did, however, create a giveaway thread to simply raise awareness of the situation in the Philippines, provided that the money donated to the credible donation site came out of my own pockets. I hope you consider my point of view in this situation before denying my TwC removal request. I mean no harm in this community, nor do I plan to be one in the future days.
