I will attempt to be as concise as possible as most of the information that is necessary is in my Pardon thread, however I attempt to include any vital information which I was ambiguous with:
I hope you can understand why I believe I may fall under the category of a Restitution. I would also like to take this opportunity to thank any staff members whom are willing to assist me.
N.B. As stated in my pardon thread, I am happy to donate the alleged scammed amount, receive a TWC, etc. I just want to be able to rejoin the community, especially with the return of 07scape.

I will attempt to be as concise as possible as most of the information that is necessary is in my Pardon thread, however I attempt to include any vital information which I was ambiguous with:
- Scam report 1 is one of the handful of people on Sythe.org that, at the time, were attempting to extort money out of me. This was the first notable occurrence of any maliciously filed report against me and the only one which could be remotely considered to warrant a ban.
- Scam report 2 does not contain enough information to warrant a ban, as stated by Skele in the exact thread, however I was banned for this.
- This leads me to the conclusion that a staff member at the time wanted me banned and this was a convenient occurrence for them. The most notable person who would come to mind is Finn. It was no secret that he had a strong dislike for me and had no problem with expressing this.
- This is supported by an anonymous e-mail (obviously owned by a Sythe Staff Member at the time) who sent me a screenshot of a post in the Staff Lounge, by Finn, stating that I was looking for Sigex, a notorious hacker at the time. I am sure that if you check the Archives of the Staff Lounge in '09 you will find this.
- I have no proof for this, but that screenshot was illegitimate. I have never attempted to contact Sigex, or any other infamous hacker.
- It is for this reason that I believe I was banned as the result of Finn's, or perhaps another Staff Member's, personal issues with me instead of my aforementioned "scamming."
- I do not deny the fact that I have banvaded. The account names are "Eman S" "Luring King" (http://www.sythe.org/members/274748-luring-king.html) and "Visyr." Please note however that on none of these accounts have I ever scammed. I even confessed that Luring King was my account (http://ww2.sythe.org/dispute-forum-archive/1078679-vlad-da-vamp-let-me-admit-some-shit.html) and had successful trades.
- As an example of my good behaviour, I donated around 70m to the Sythe user "Tmoe" who I was playing with while using the account Luring King after he was cleaned.
