Except I recognized his IGN and got his ass. I wanted to wait until he scammed someone else to put in my pardon request to prove the fact he is a scammer. I haven't checked yet but I'm sure he has lol....

Could you please point me towards the scam report you were supposed to make against him? Or any scam reports at all made against him?

Please provide me with picture proof of a global moderator granting you the permission to anti-scam him.
