Ban reason that was shown to you: Association with known undesirables, posting/sharing links of the nudes in a group skype chat.
Additional details/story: I feel like the entire situation over the past 2 years has been handled rather poorly and unprofessionally by staff. I feel like there has been a rather huge bias and lack of actually understanding what had actually happened. Let me start from the beginning. It started I would say a few weeks before 12/1 or even before that hen N4N0 ha given Trin a name change and a bunch of ranks. People got pissed for obvious reasons. Then they started to “troll” us and for an administrator to act in such a way shows complete lack of respect for the community. Here is a couple of excerpts from a thread that was shortly deleted after the incident that occurred. Actually many thread were then hard deleted after the incident. I am gald this thread was brought to my attention again because I had forgotten about it and I’m sure many of you have too. I’m showing you this thread to kind of show you how N4N0 dealt with the fact he abusing powers and giving his online girlfriend ranks and name changes and the entire community was furious.

Now, the nudes being leaked were not a result of the outrage in the spamforu. As far as I know it was a couple of rouge bug abuse members who had been working on hacking n4n0s email and compiling thong for a long time. I was told this through ex bug abuse members and current members who have come out since this has happened so many years ago. I feel like we are being prosecuted for being blackhat vengeful jihadists. We were not. We found the thread on sythe and linked it in the group conversation we were having. Now if we could get to the skype chat that night.
I understand that nano was mad but to outright ban everyone who was even on the list of members in the chat was abuse of power. Most of those people had to wait a month to get unbanned including people who were not there or asleep. Despite what it may seem we actually did not add that many people to the conversation and we did not posy anything on sythe. It was between whoever was in the chat at the time. As for how the bans were handled it was an entire shit storm. Unorganized unprofessional, bias and abusive. Yes we should have been banned for a while, yes but how it all went down was a shit show.
Im only going to be speaking for me now. As per my second pardon I made it to usl and then all of the sudden logs popped up and I was asked to pay restitution along with some other people here is that thread.

This price was based on the logs and how many people we added or how many times we posted the link. $25 every time we posted it or something like that idfk. In regards to this I would like to state that if a scammer was banned without proof and then asked to pay back money it would be pretty fucked up. So I would like proof of all the time I added someone in or posted the link or whatever the terms of the restitution were made upon(roary should know) I would like my skype ID to be present in the none cropped screenshot. Without this evidence I feel like I should not be made to pay $175 in restitution. Any who I made it to usl was told to pay restitution alone with mez, dave b, alex j leon. Dialatic made it through and then was asked by nano to pay the fee. Just another example of how this entire situation was handled unprofessionally by staff. As well dave b recently plaid was was denied. For some reason Art, johnny and several other people were not made to pay. As well as many staff including casM have stated they would not touch these cases with a 100 foot pole. I feel like this is unprofessional because I think everyone deserves their pardon to be looked at. I feel like this entire situation has been filled with bias, anger, jealously and hatred towards certain members of the community.
