[Request for Restitution] - Jman168Ban reason that was shown to you:The ban reason that was shown to me was for scamming.
Additional details/story: This is going to be a long post so please read the entire thing, as I might get a little off track at parts but I promise I will try and stick to the point.
My ban was about 2 years ago. I immediately made an appeal, but it had not even received 1 reply within 1 month; so I stopped checking. At this point I don't even know if it was declined (I assume it was since my account is still banned). The ban was over 2 years ago so I don't have any proof, you have it. The proof is in the vbulletin forum logs which any administrator (or moderator depending on how the permissions are setup) can access. My account was accessed by a second individual and was used to scam someone. The e-mail/skype that the person was using does not match my personal skype, nor did the Ip address that was used to login to the account match my own personal home IP Address. I am 100% willing to, should an administrator or moderator need to verify, on skype or any other form of communication, my ip address and then compare it to the ones that were logged into my account. I am aware that for scams I must repay what was scammed, and I am willing to do that; however when I first made my appeal, no one came forth about what was lost or how much was lost. I don't know how much this person scammed while on my account. From what I know it was only 1 trade before my account was banned. But I can assure you that it was not me, and that is very easily verified by checking IP's matching the e-mails used during trading, and my actual e-mails (I still have access to my original e-mails to prove that I am who I am). All in all, I honestly have absolutely no proof other than my word that I did not commit the crimes I was banned for, and I really am hoping that it is possible for me to finally be unbanned after nearly 2 years of not being able to access the site at all. I think it's possible to check what my ip is, and to notice that there were definitely different IP's connected to my account, and that I was not scamming anyone.
