Purchased 99 Firemaking and Agility from harrylolxd a long time ago. (Paid him end of March)

Things kept coming up, and he kept making excuses for not being able to complete it quickly.

Told him enough was enough. He had until June 18th to complete the service, otherwise I'd like a refund for the work that was not done.

He agreed to refund me for what was not done, as you can see from the screenshots.

It is now the end of June 18th, and I am requesting that he refund me the difference.

I currently have 9,5xx,xxx/13,034,431 Firemaking, I'm missing 3,4xx,xxx experience for 99.
I currently have 3,3xx,xxx/13,034,431 Agility, I'm missing 9,7xx,xxx‬ experience for 99.
