[REQUEST] Business Logo

Hello I am looking for a logo to be approx 400x400, so I can adjust it as needed, I am willing to tip for this, and ill gradly rep !

What I would like:

1. I want it to look cartoon-like
2. A palm tree with a crown hanging off of it, (or put on the top off to the side)
3. The word "Tom" put anywhere on the logo, use your creativity!
