I'm not really good at Photoshop but I just wanted to help you out.
Looking at it now is quite laughable, also the glow is a bit cut off at the top and bottom, might be able to fix that later, hopefully.

 

@Paris Saint Does it have to be transparent by the way? I'm kind of used to making signatures where the signature doesn't fade nicely into the background, so it'll basically be like my signatures, but not dynamic.
