No other requirements needed

 

You don't need 80 Mining to get in...You can mine coal there at 77 Mining, it is just 80 for the concentrated gold.

Transport wise, like the person above said just tele to fally then walk there. Doesn't take long, we aren't in WoW

 

Remember to be in world 84, otherwise you'll die very often.

 

Yeah World 84 or World 77 (Less lag) as 84 is laggier for most players.
