The response I got from the last post doesn't make sense. I had made a pardon thoroughly explaining the whole situation. I frequently checked for the case to be open, to provide more details and what not.
If it was denied like Entrr said, why wasn't I banned then and there? I don't think my pardon request was ever seen.
I linked both of my old accounts that were banned, including my original acc, which was banned for using the term "scamming". In which I was sharing a method I used ingame on Runescape 10 years ago, where I had a player advertise be was being an item for some crazy price and I would come behind selling it for cheaper, but way more than what it's worth. I would now call it market manipulation. Arguably not scamming.
The reason I tried making a pardon was to explain this situation since I never really did, as back then I didn't understand how Sythe worked. Now that I've spent much more time here, and became a part of the community. I planned on making some trades, so I didn't want this to get dug up. As I said on my pardon, I've nrvet had a scam report made against me. I know you guys can research this if you truly want to.
Discussing scamming is an obvious no-no here, so I do understand my initial ban. But if you can understand my argument, I basically just used the wrong term while talking about something I had done, at the time like 7 years prior. I've never been reported for any kind of scam, and iv somewhat became a part of the community. That's why I tried turning myself in. I still don't think the pardon was ever seen. Wouldn't I have immediately been banned if it had and I was denied?
Please look over this and don't just close it as I would like to discuss the final decision before it's made.
