[REQ]Sig modifier (Willing to pay $$!)

Ok i need what is like a "Sig modifier" that you can put on your website. i have a website that will have many different kinds of sigs. What i have in plan is when a viewer clicks on one of my sigs (340 x 125 sig) it will then take them to a app with the sig in side it and with many different option boxes such as fonts, differnt colors for font, Bold, italics, underline, etc. They can enter there name, username or whatever and put it anywhere they like one the sig. Once they are happy with the sig they can click a save button or something and it will allow them to save to their computer for them to use.

I hope i made this clear enough as i am extremly tired and need some sleep.

And can some one code this up for me? Willing to pay $$ (pay depends on how professional it is. Thanks

You're going to have to make a web-application. I'd suggest making it in PHP or/and any of the scripts (vb script, javascript, etc.)
