Ban reason that was shown to you: Ban evasion

If you read through the report, the only actual evidence given is the matching IP audit - and I'm pretty sure more evidence needs to be given in order for a ban. (Could be wrong on that one, don't really remember, but as video and the other mod stated, we were both using a proxy at the time. As a side note, I am no longer using a proxy as of right now so the IP linked to this dispute is my personal one.)
The remainder of the evidence was arbitrary and vague. Joshuaag, who filed the report, has had in-game and on-Sythe disputes with me over the values of certain RSNs, leading to him describing our arguments as "Bac0n going for post count". I agree I was overly-active on Sythe but I was hardly ban evading, just trying to get names sold. For one, I made my account before Medusa did. If I had made my account after the ban of Medusa, and started gathering post count to regain legitimacy, that might've been suspicious but that wasn't even the case. I can't exactly explain the similar name shop title/name-selling interest/PKing interest, but that could easily be coincidental. I personally know many PKers who buy/sell names. Maces/settlement, Le0, Ragger and the couple who hacked a couple of names off me, Tendril and Nonstop. Even Joshuaag (guy who reported me) calls himself a pker. Hardly ban evidence imo.

Also want to point out that at the time of the report being filed, neither I nor Medusa were banned. What reason do I have for supposedly 'ban evading' when neither I nor my supposed alter ego were banned to begin with? I don't mean to be rude but just because people other than myself tend to dislike Joshuaag doesn't mean we are the same person. I'm personally not even surprised that someone else was arguing with him while I was asleep.

The reason for this super late dispute is that right before my ban, several of my names were hacked off of me (I have a big warning typed up in my name shop thread) which caused me to lose interest in the name market. Interest is back so here's my dispute.

**There are many 'coincidences' but most of them are irrelevant/overlap anyway. The ban evidence even includes minor stuff like the " 's" in the title of a sales thread. I think Joshuaag was just trying to get extra content into his report by adding the most minute details.

 

You must dispute your ban within one month it was given. After one month, the ban will not be reversed, and the dispute will be denied.
