[REQ] Banner for my RS Client

I'm Looking for a banner for my client I am working on.

Text - HK Client
Font - Bold Verdana
Colors - Dark Blue background with silver/gray text
Style - Simple, text with maybe some bright swirling lines around the text
or some lighting but keep the base pretty dark.
Border - Plain, solid silver line or something.
Animation - None
Dislikes - Nothing too fancy

^ I dont know much about GFX so just make it look cool =p

 

Do you just want a basic background??
