You could do quests that give you xp lamps and no combat xp? I've done many of them on my summoning tank.

Join Burstinglobs or S T U cc. Both are for summ tanks/summ pures. Ask around, you may have to pay a little. Ask them if they will burs giant rock crabs or find a friend that will kill cockroaches with you.

PS: You can't buy charms from sw until 20 combat.

 

After you got some Defence and HP, go to Rock Lobsters with a high-levelled friend and turn Lootshare on Simple as that!
