    reposting full pardon

Sorry if this is a bit long. Alot has happened.
    Your profile link:

    Report/post/reason that got you banned:

Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims:
No one was ever scammed. I did attempt to though.
Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now:
    There is nothing else.
Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:
Well this all started back in June in the year 2013. The 29th of that month I turned 15. I was alot less mature than I am now. I was all into runescape private servers and loved playing them. One day in June my friend told me we could make real life money by RWTing. So of course at my age money is hard to come by so I was super pumped. Of course I wanted to do it. So we tried a few times to sell legit and failed because we could never make money to sell on soulsplit. So then my friend taught me impostering, and how you could scam money from people. I wasn't thinking it'd follow me in the long run so I went ahead and tried with him. This is when I tried impostering Scenery, a very trusted powerbot member and even maybe mod at the time if I remember correctly. So you know I used my normal skype tuckern100 we failed multiple times and moved on. August came around, and at this time football started and I didn't have time for computer games. Then after football in the end of November me and my friend got back into the rsps market, but we actually wanted to be legit. We knew buying and selling does have its profits so we wanted to do it. All was going well I got a few vouches was going strong, and then guess what? The BAN HAMMER. Of course I was just mind blown didn't know what happened. Then I saw the reason of impostering, and was like pretty mad. I posted a pardon that got denied. So I quit sythe for a month or two then made a new account. At this time I never even once read the sythe rules didn't even know what ban evasion was haha. I made some account don't remember the name. I was going well for a few weeks, and got some vouches then all of a sudden got banned for ban evasion. From there I was just pissed so I ban evaded again. I think I ban evaded a total of 5 times. (Not a clue on the exact number)

I really do regret everything I have done in my past that prevented me from dwelling on sythe. The impostering and ban evasions were all so childish, and I am so sorry for doing it. I never had an intention from the creation of tuckern100 on sythe on of scamming. Before with impostering I was young and dumb and I am so stupid. Like for those actions almost 2 years ago I am still having problems with them! I regret them.... Now about a year ago I posted a pardon.
    http://www.sythe.org/dispute-forum-archive/1696565-ntuck100-requesting-pardon-ban-evading.html
This pardon was then denied and I was told to return in 6 months. I pretty much stopped messing with sythe for those 6 months and then my next pardon was in November
    http://www.sythe.org/dispute-forum-...rn100-requesting-pardon-offsite-scamming.html
This pardon was looking great, and I thought I was finally going to get back to enjoying sythe! Then 2 scam reports Jack Goff posted prevented me from the successful pardon. I then posted this cause I was so confused
    http://www.sythe.org/dispute-forum-archive/1781930-confused-my-pardon-update.html
So he says my ip matched the scammers. I knew at the time how ip addresses worked and I was 100% sure my only chance was repaying those 2 people so I did it. I never thought anything of it again. So after repaying I post this
    http://www.sythe.org/dispute-forum-archive/1791272-reposting-my-pardon.html
Then following I repardoned which is this
    http://www.sythe.org/dispute-forum-...0-requesting-pardon-scamming-ban-evading.html
On this pardon I got destroyed. Being called a liar multiple times by different staff members. This of course was unexplained, and Jack Goff told me no support, but said wait 6 months and he would support. From that I thought I would wait the 6 months for pardoning. Now that brings us to a few weeks ago

A few weeks ago my paypal was accessed at 5 in the morning while I was sleeping, and spent a few hundred dollars. From there I slowly was trying to figure everything out, and then I again was charged a few hundred dollars around a week ago, and that is when my mother filed a police report, and I checked my computer on hacking. (I did know someone had access, but failed to respond to it the first time) I then figured out I was hacked and I did get it removed.

Now this is where it gets interesting. So now these unexplained scam reports on me all fall into place. This hacker has had access to my computer for quite some time, and so now I figured out who was the Santa person, and who scammed Bram. Now of course I did pay back MOES6223 and Bram I have tried to contact for over 5 months no with no response.

    Proof of MOES6223 payback

Proof of 5 months of trying to contact Bram

Now I do want to say first off that this whole thing has sucked, and I really hope it is finally over. Hopefully this pardon can be a success now that everything has been explained and settled

For those that actually read the whole pardon thank you for your time.

Did you fully read and follow this sticky thread in the pardon section?:
    Yes I did!

P.S. Sorry for the huge pardon
    Thanks

I remember closing your last pardon.

Funny thing is I haven't been staff for 6 months.

    Locked.

@BladeBro4 I talked to superfluous and because of the circumstances I could repardon. It has only been 5 months, but since the hacking occurred and now the unexplained scam reports I refunded were explained he said I could repardon. My last pardon was only denied because I was a "liar" which only had to do with the scam reports. Those scam reports are now explained, and like I said before superfluous said I could repardon because I was hacked.
Sorry but you just locking my pardon is very sad, and sorta annoys me. You didn't even bother asking a question, and the best part is I garuntee you 100% you didn't read my whole pardon. If you would've you wouldn't have locked my pardon. Thanks for reading if you even read this fully.

    reposting full pardon

Your last pardon was fully voted upon and closed due to lack of supports.

Although it wasn't "allowed" to be open at the time, that's based on the fact that you hadn't attempted to pay someone back.
This scam, you hadn't admitted to. That doesn't mean the last pardon was invalid, it means you'll be dealing with it on your next pardon (in a month.)

    Closed.

    EDIT for future reference =

    http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?p=14710161

    --------------------------

    You have two options:
Pay everyone back, completely. Stop ban evading and the next time you pardon, admit to 100%.

Re-evaluate your life decisions, and stop posting pardons. If, at some point in the distant future, you dramatically change your thought process and determine you'd fit in with our community, post another pardon at that time.

Choosing option b is, from experience, going to lead to a greatly increased chance of support.

    reposting full pardon

First off add my skype tuckern100 be easier to talk about this whole ordeal.
Ok "Your last pardon was fully voted upon and closed due to lack of supports." This is true but without all evidence, and now there is more evidence because now those 2 scam reports were proven to not be me. Before the only reason my pardon was denied was because I was a "liar" people said I was the one that scammed MOES and Bram, but I wasn't and this hacker was the one that did it so there does that help?
"Although it wasn't "allowed" to be open at the time, that's based on the fact that you hadn't attempted to pay someone back.

First off I payed back MOES before I even pardoned, and BRAM has still yet to be found. I never did admit to the scam your right, but because of the way it looked and my ip addressing matching no one believed me that's the only reason it was denied. Now with people knowing I was hacked I think that changes alot of decisions. For example before you closed my pardon superfluous supported, likewise I think everyone else would have a lot more on supporting than not. Whatever you think, but before you try and close stuff why not read the pardon at whole, and notice the new circumstances. Or better yet ask someone of higher ranking that can answer this since they would be a little more educated on the question at hand. Can I repardon with the new circumstances. I 100% am sure they would let me as superfluous did, but you did not.
    and again Thanks.

he should be eligible to pardon now because the last pardon was never fully voted on... voting was cut off by the fact that he still had people to repay. but yeah, from blade's comment, there seems to be stuff that's been left out:
