Added him on MSN, told him I'd go first.
Sent him the 15 EUR via PayPal.
He says he's going to send me a mail with the Key but it did not happen.

Apparently, he scammed someone else, as well.

wow he scammed me. sent in $20 and after that he said that he will email me the code but never did. he signed off of msn
