I figured it would be easiest to explain the situation and post pictures in this section.
I have used Live Legend's services before. He agreed to allow me to give him 25m upfront, and pay the remaining 15m after services were rendered. He had a feature on his website to where you could check the status of your order. Well, he was really dragging his feet and taking a while so I went to check today, only to find that his website had been disabled. I logged onto my account to find all of the money gone, as well as the 1M I left for supplies, and ~2mish in items. He also dropped several untradeables like full graceful.

Unfortunately, I can't prove he dropped the graceful, but he only did 13 of the 24 quests, totalling out to 16.3m. So not only did he drop my untradeables, but he refused to refund the remaining 8.7m and stole the ~3mish that was on my account, wiping in clean.

I tried to contact him by skype because sythe's system wouldn't let me pm him. He admitted to scamming me and blamed it on sythe's staff.

@Axiom I see you removed his DNT earlier should probably reinstate - Sorry for the post just don't want him to scam anyone else

 

He has 3 or 4 other previous potential scam reports aside from mine today and the one listed above. My post clearly should be proof for a ban, though.
