    Explanation of the trade: I sold them 07 for paypal, payments were disputed.

    How they scammed: Disputed Payments (They sent $1,105 in 5 payments, 2 were disputed)

    For the record, Won has told me to wait, they said that they can't cancel the payments and are attempting to email paypal regarding these payments.

    I'm fairly certain that Won just uses other people's funds via PayPal and that's all this is.
