Change the posting personal information rule

As you can see in this thread Tmoe told me NOT to reply to his thread. Originally I had no intention to. He told me I could sort it out with him. I did try PMing him as you could see here:

After not receiving a response I posted on the thread saying to him that he was the #1 Mod of 2017 for not replying to my thread in hopes that he'd respond. But no, my post gets removed and yet his posts stays. This is exactly the reason why I say that Administrators these days can do whatever they want and can get away with it.

Please either delete that post or reput my post back onto the thread as it was removed unlawfully.

A suggestions thread is not the place to argue about something off topic, and is not the place for spam comments such as the ones you posted, take it to pm

By the way, Sythe does not revolve around you. This may surprise you, but we are consistently handling reports of actual substance. You complaining about administrators from 5+ years ago does not exactly warrant an immediate response.
