Ok wasn't sure were to post but this isn't right (Video or sythe or shin only)

It was held to speculation as the mods were in agreement that @Golds did everything in his power to avoid the scams besides having access to the account, and not only that, they didn't ask for a Sythe pm, which as you read on those threads, is usually suggested to confirm a trade, even if you have traded the user before, the mods may have given golds the benefit of the doubt, but it is true that the users should have attempted a Sythe pm, regardless of their comfortableness with the user. I'm posting as I believe this should be a feedback thread. @A Broken Man I understand where you are coming from when you say it is bullshit, because it sort of is. But by the rules of the criteria in that thread, at the time of the scams the user "apparently" had changed all of his threads to not include his skype, meaning that by default golds is no longer liable for things that happen including the skype until he readds the skype to his profile. < that can be false should the users have PMED golds, had that been the case golds would be liable as it would fall under the 4th option of that rule. But because they didn't they can't correlate his skype to his Sythe account at the time of the scams. I hope that is understandable, I also don't exactly care for the case I questioned it too, then stepped back and realized that he did everything in his power to avoid them, and then none of those rules were correlated to him. Unless he posted from a market thread during that day uncertain of what "day" is actually listed as, because for me it may be monday, but for someone it may be tuesday, so is it the end of my day, a 24hr period, or end of a buyers day? Who knows, it is due for clarification so ya, really believe this should be a feedback thread.
