Issue with MMOearn

Explanation of the trade: Got scammed for 288m via Skype on 4 june before any warnings about hijacking on sythe and MMOearn site.After the scam I got conversation with the owner of MMOearn about this situation, he said that i will be fully refunded, but he needs more time for it. I get a partial refund on june 8 for 50$.
I waited couple of weeks after it, but nothing happened.

I tried every available avenue to warn people the Skype was hacked nearly instantly. I saw the e-mail on the Skype change and acted very quickly to DNT myself and update various forums and my website. Plus I was online and ready for any messages for verification that whole day, even while the e-mail was being changed.

I said I would pay him over time because we had traded a little before and it wasn't that much gold plus I felt like I needed to make things right. I sent him $50 2 weeks ago.

I then spoke to various members here who pointed out he could be working with the hacker, be the hacker himself or it's just a gold grab.

As I look back on his claim with that in mind. This person just traded the skype with no extra verification. I reviewed his screenshots once more and noticed he was a person I traded with maybe 3-5 times ONCE per month maximum. I was online at MMOearn.com and my Sythe was DNT that whole day. Warnings posted on all forums and the site. Any trader selling hundreds of dollars worth of gold should of saw that or did a simple pm verification, especially if you barely trade that person!

After a couple weeks went by and he didn't get anymore money he became very threatning and began changing what he wanted wildly. I explained my end of the situation but to no avail.

So here's his scam report to destroy my business in all its glory.

 

Didn't saw any postings about being hacked on skype this day, only couple of hours after, maybe even more.
On the first day you said, that you need more time, like 2-3 days.After it you have changed your opinion and saying some strange things to me.

As I mentioned in my post I was naive in just handing over money without truly reviewing everything and the possibilities. Not to mention the fact you trade me once a month at best and suddenly there's gold to sell seconds after my skype is hacked and you claim to have checked the site within the 3-5 mins it took me to post a warning.

Plus you just keep saying "it's your choice" on discord. So yeah.

@A Broken Man @Champ DNT was requested and issue June 4th (within an hour of skype being lost mods updated DNT status). I have time stamps from the email change and the DNT request. You're 100% wrong there. There was no 2 day gap. What is with that bullshit A broken man?

Again, any real traders that had bills to sell immediately knew the skype was lost. Anyone who makes any money in this business trades when they are 1000% confident. We all know this community is shit and things happen. If your idea of being a secure trader is trading a skype account once every 1-2 months without talking or looking around, fine.

I think it's a bit ridiculous to cover for his own stupidity, just look at the circumstances of the transaction. We go a month without trading, instantly when the skype is hacked suddenly his gold is stolen and it's more then he ever sold to me before. This has scam written all over it.

The thought of me scamming for that measly amount is absurd.


If you're hacked Skype or Discord is used to scam it can just go on forever, that's what you're saying here. If sites like equifax and bitcoin exchanges can be hacked in today's world how is this a reasonable judgement?! Nothing is 100% secure. You MUST take every precaution possible in this industry! I'm responsible if the hacker takes screenshots of old conversations, adds a friend and changes his name then makes up scams, like what could be going here. We just do not know.



If the judgement is still what it is, I'll pay it.

Then I need a mod to middle man and I want all the proof forwarded too me. This guy is scummy as fuck, did I agree to a refund yes. After reviewing the cirumstances of his trade it's more than reasonable to assume it's a gold grab or he's working with the hacker. I already sent him $50.
