Known ban evader/scammer as referenced in the above report, commonly uses equidoxkirk as his skype. Corp was accused of using the same skype here:

Account he's selling seems to be the same account. Take into account the amount of time passed, but many of the stats still match regardless.

Prayer, Construction, Crafting, Fletching, Smithing, Cooking, Firemaking, Woodcutting, and obviously 99 strength are all still the same. Also most of the stats have only been leveled up slightly. Only major changes are some combat stats and a few others.

If nothing else this should warrant a ban until Corp logs on using a home IP as he's obviously been using proxies (which is common and he's done it several times before.)
