I hope someone is noticing the inconsistency of the amount of live chat agents going from above 1 to just him alone.

I did never have a conversation with him im not lying.

 

So how do you regulate when people are online? Even with different time slots everyone still has access.

 

we simply reset the zopim and it kicks the person off (begins next shit) its only me and my buddy so its easy to keep track of.

 

I'm able to see the live chat box now

You should have been always. I don't think I've ip banned anyone.
